چکیده
Objective: To report a case of pituitary apoplexy presenting with unilateral ptosis and third nerve palsy in diabetic hypertensive patient. Clinical Presentation Intervention: A 50 years old man developed palsy. macro adenoma hemorrhagic necrotic changes on MRI scan was resected by endoscopic transsphenoidal procedure. Third improved promptly completely few hours postoperatively. Conclusion: This is rare that presented cranial recovered after surgical excision mass.
